Could a few more people post their v22? I just need a couple more data points to complete the key. So far I have the following:

CHH
EPB
EPE
EPN
EPK
FEX
IBE
IBR
MKV
MNB
ZHP

EDITED: Decoding complete! See http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...l#post20913445 for explanation.

yes V23 is definitely saved destination airport and key 1 makes sense. I wondered why I had NXX, QIX, QIX which is SNN and MAN - then I checked and saw I had MAN down twice - one as trip home and the other as UK home. So defnitely makes sense.

The first two make sense as my stored card is an Amex charge card and I have a DL Amex (not stored). No idea what SHRG is.
SHRG... Hmm... Starwood Hotels __________?

My Customer Value score is 32

$32K seems low for annual spend, so it probably relates more to $ and fare types than just dollars spent. Wish I knew if 32 was good. Maybe Delta corp guy will tell us the ranking :-)

If v22 is Mosaic, then for me XNR = N46 if my code has not changed since the last time they pigeonholed me incorrectly.

I thought it was on a 0.0 to 4.0 scale... so 32 would represent a 3.2.

This thread is moving fast enough that I'm a few pages behind but wanted to post quickly about this field. And btw great job everyone, JFC this is good stuff and fun/fascinating to read in real time...

v22 for me is NORL. I have no DL credit cards, and no airline CCs at all. I have also never bought a flight directly on delta.com. Only through my corp travel site, on my corp amex. So NORL may be a Corporate Platinum Amex
