I also am not convinced about the home value. I live in an apartment, and it's a 500 unit complex; it's mostly owned by central management but some units are individually owned/leased, so maybe that's why they have a value associated to them? That's the only way I could see it being listed as 261.
How old are you? If you're on the younger side, could it be your parents house?

I'm 22. And no, it would only be a fraction of my parents' home. I'll chalk it up to erroneous numbers, as many have reported that the number do/don't reflect their salary, home value, etc.
