Figured a highly collaborative effort like this needs a wikipost. As items and codes are confirmed, let's centralize them in one place rather than thumb through hundreds of discussion posts.

I'm starting to guess that mindset has something to do with tendency to stick with DL as well as spend, so it could summarize not only whether a customer is valuable but also whether they're likely to leave if they're not treated well.

A01 - American Royalty. It's pretty clear they just needed to use my zip code to determine this based on their overall summary. I'm guessing 99 percent of this ranking is based on where you live.
They had my home value correct and income about 10-15 % low.
Can't figure out mindset: IA.

On the extreme side, for sure, but not impossible. The issue is more the apparent wild miss on income than anything else.
Also, income may well be as reported by Experian, without direct factoring of delta spend. In any case, if the primary input data for income estimation is bad enough for the output to be off by a factor of 15, there's little hope for a sane output of any sort.

status matched GM (although I still flew 30k last year on Delta, a good bit booked in First or paid gate upgrades)- "custValSeg":"0"
homeValueAmt- Exact purchase price, had to have been pulled from NYC's real estate records
incomeAmt- Very close to being accurate including things like stock and other bonuses that I wouldn't normally include
mosiacCd: A06 (Jet Set Urbanite) Very accurate except I'm 25
mindsetSeg: NB (New business since I just status matched?)
