I'm starting to guess that mindset has something to do with tendency to stick with DL as well as spend, so it could summarize not only whether a customer is valuable but also whether they're likely to leave if they're not treated well.

Can't figure out mindset: IA.
Somehow I think that Experian would have some difficulty selling customer information and demographic household profiles that were just zip-code matched...

DW, GM custvalseg 0. Home value is a little high, but still in the ball park. Mosaic score is K37 and pretty accurate.

On the extreme side, for sure, but not impossible. The issue is more the apparent wild miss on income than anything else.

Also, income may well be as reported by Experian, without direct factoring of delta spend. In any case, if the primary input data for income estimation is bad enough for the output to be off by a factor of 15, there's little hope for a sane output of any sort.

Welcome to the posting side! Bet it feels nice not to lurk anymore

No, income is off by a factor of twenty. It makes you wonder about the quality of the predictions from this mess.

I think you are right! I rent a house, and the value is almost exactly right on Zillow.

For those with a '0', possibly an apartment?

I don't think this is the case for everyone -- for my parents, homeValueAmt was 20% higher than the value on Zillow.
