Anyone have any AS miles? AF is an AS partner, and the availability to us should be the same as to AS members. By checking what AS can see, either we confirm that this is an IT thing and not DL purposefully blocking or else we confirm that the flights are available and can call DL and say "AS can book this, why can't you?".

I think they may be making progress. I can now see the Business seats on my dates, but still get the "sold out" message. Yesterday I could only see Economy seats. The day before that there were no seats at all. HTH

Edit to add: intra-European AF flights still do not show up.

Making progress would be acknowledging to customers that the bug exists instead of acting like we're crazy and just complaining about general lack of award availability.

Since agents aren't acknowledging the problem and encouraging people to book DL flights instead, maybe this is an experiment to see how much DL metal skypeso award booking increases when AF is out of the picture?

Finally got an nswer from my DM to @deltaassist. They said they reported the issue to IT and they're looking into it.

Please, keep reporting the issue and DMing @deltaassist seems to be one way to do it!

"Because the award inventory AF makes available to AS may be different than what AF makes available to us."

E-Mail Reply!!!

SkyMiles replied to my e-mail! Enjoy the comedy of bad customer service!

My E-Mail:
There is no award availability on Air France from JFK to Paris in
Business class on any date. Something is wrong with your system. If you
even see a flight come up, if you try to book it, it says sold out. This
is for ANY date you can try. Please fix it.

I regret any inconvenience.
