Guess this is targeted tighter than those who registered for last year's promotion. I registered and earned during last year's promotion out of Pittsburgh. However, Delta is not allow me to register for this year's promotion.

Read T&C: they upped the usual price of 2.8 cents per mile to 3.5 cents per mile, then applied the 20% discount to arrive at...the usual 2.8 cents per mile.
