Use this phone number to check your application status as well. US Bank does not send you an approval/denial email. Many data points show 8-10 business days for decision is normal. Add another 2-3 weeks after that to receive physical card.

Why is the balance due on my business card always shown as $0?
There are TWO account numbers linked to your business card: The card itself, which shows up in the same website account as any personal cards you may have. This will always show a $0 balance due.
There is a SECOND account - labeled the "Central Bill Account" - with its own account number. You must set up a separate website account with its own username and password to access the Central Bill Account. This is the account that will actually show the balance due and let you schedule a payment. Somewhere in the paperwork you received with the card or the first paper invoice, you should be able to find the Central Bill Account's number.
Setting up separate website account for business card:
These are the instructions that US Bank emailed me:
To enroll in Online Banking for your U.S. Bank Business account, start by going to usbank.com. You do not need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in order to enroll.
Please follow these instructions to enroll in Online Banking to view or pay your account:
1. Click on the Enroll Now link on the right side of the screen.
2. Select the Business Accounts option.
3. View the Terms and Conditions and then select Enroll Now.
4. Select I do not have a U.S. Bank small business checking or savings account.
5. Select I am an authorized officer of a U.S. Bank Business Credit Card.
6. Complete Step 2 of 2.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to view your business account in its entirety. When you are making a payment you will need to select the Accounts Payable account number.

I applied for the Gold Premier card and received instant approval with a $11k credit line. I was a tad surprised as the previous day I had applied for 3 other cards and received approval on all 3. I think I have applied for approx. 4 cards earlier in the year. Credit score high 700s and retired.

Instantly approved for the biz card with $7500 limit. Have about a 770 score with 3 other biz account openings in the last 6 months (Citi AA 1 month ago, and Starwood AMEX and Chase Ink Bold about 4 months ago)

It might be worthy to note that the business card strips away lots of the benefits:

Anyone know if the business card reports to the bureaus?

Got denied. Too many recent credit quieries poses too high of a risk for them. I have 4 in the last 7 months. (Citi AA, Barclays US Airways, Citi Hilton, Amex Hilton)
CSR agent wouldn't budge. She suggested that I reapply in 6 months - 1 year.

Somehow instanly approved. 3 inquiries within last 6 months but none within last five. Mid 700s scores with each bureau. The Radisson's internationally are actually pretty nice so I'm excited about the card. It pays for itself in points every year. Seems like a winner. Thanks everyone!

Does anybody know how aggressive US Bank (compared to Chase) is in inquiring (read: GRILLING) business card applicants about their business? Chase really asked some specific questions about my business when I applied for the Ink. For those who applied for USB's business card, how was it?

I don't have the card and just did a set of apps so my number of recent inquiries is through the roof (which US Bank does not like)
I have over 200K Radisson from the promos but I don't want to use them until getting this card. Great benefits in holding it.

I maybe have 6 in the past six months. I also think they had a problem with how many cards I have open.Maybe 15/20. I don't think the CRS has the power to approve or not, they seem to be only a messenger.I got so depressed that I went to CVS and got some beans.

How do they ask income level on the app? Do they want your income or household income? I have had too many app in the past 6 months so, I want to apply for the card for my wife who has not had any apps for over 6 mths. She does not work at this time so it would need to ask for household income.
