Here are deals for $400 after $1000 spend.
http://dolphinsextrapoints.com/9452 - Falcons 400/1000
http://dolphinsextrapoints.com/9447 - Raiders 400/1000
http://dolphinsextrapoints.com/9439 - Dolphins 400/1000
Did not get instant approval apparently because I have the US Airways card.

I gave it a try since it is a Transunion pull. I have 2 US Air cards already. Both were instantly approved.
I got a message saying my application needs further review. I am supposed to be getting a 15k posting of bonus mileage on Monday from my first US Air card. After that posts, I would be happy to close it to get this offer.
Thank you for posting the link.

I'd suggest reading thread #191 here http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/19643696-post191.html before applying. IF the offer is open to the public you should be OK. If not, YMMV.

1) Get card in mail.
2) Go to CVS and purchase two VR cards.
3) Load VR cards to BB.
4) Login to Barclay's and convert 40k points to $400 statement credit.
5) Pay $600 from BB to Barclay's.
6) $400 profit left in BB account for maybe 20 minutes total of typing on a keyboard and one trip to CVS.

Meh. Chase spoiled me with the 100k thing. Now I need at least 50k-60k to get my attention.
I guess it depends on how deep you think your pool of available churns is. I churned Chase extremely hard for about four years, then started getting low-limit approvals, and then finally got bonged on the Hyatt card. My BA Visa literally had a $5,000 limit - I was lucky to get that thing (and its 100k) at all. My bong letter for the Hyatt card referred to a "high degree of revolving activity" or something like that.
So I'm still laying low...although both Citi and Barclays do solicit the hell of out me through near-daily direct mails. (Chase does not - just the occasional generic United offer.) Probably not going to waste a bullet on $400, even though there is some appeal in near-instant cash.

I know the feeling, but I still went for it when the $400 for spending 1k came out and it was worth it.
