Just got e-mail from our realtor. Apparently we get to fill out a list of stuff we want and if it fits in a grocery bag, they buy it and deliver it to us. I'm thinking the Alcohol category may be the only thing that gets filled out...

My realtor simply brought me a variety of 6-packs and a Lowe's gift card ;)

10 bars of solid gold, that would be the best return for you, or they have a predefined list for you to select from?

I can think of more valuable (and lighter) "stores of value" than gold.

They don't sell that at HEB. :)

No liquor in grocery stores in Texas unfortunately. I can get beer though.

I know there's a handful of box'iens who travel for personal reasons / pleasure for most of their travel. Let me give you a little dose of

Next week I have the pleasure of skipping a confirmed BF seat on the 762 between EWR and IAH in favor of Y on a 73G, because the times were better. Had I taken the 762, I could have caught a mainline to my final, which would have been insta-upgraded as well. Instead, I gets me a classless ERJ.

Then I fly UA where I'm confirmed in row 12 on a CR2. I didn't know they had 12 rows. Of course I'll try the  flirt, but I'm sure it will yield me .

Coming back to NY I can't take the confirmed seat up-front because the time doesn't work, so I'm going to take the middle seat on a 735. - sigh -

Good morning. Somehow my TV was left on the NFL Network and they are showing live practice of the Pro Bowl. My reaction - the weather looks amazing down in south Florida. Sunny and mid 70s. Ahhh. It will be in the low 70s/upper 60s in Houston today, though it will be cloudy.

Dolphins sent me an e-mail inviting me to one of these practices on Saturday morning. I haven't watched that game in years and have no problem taking a pass on watching their practice. I'd rather sleep in that morning.

And I don't know what the weather is in South Florida since I am hustling to get done in the Midwest in order to get out of here and down there before the possible snowstorm hits tomorrow.

735 middle exit row is no different than any other middle seat, IMO. Is there really no isle seat left?

I had some JW Gold last week and was impressed. Never made it up to Blue.

Rows 12 and 13 on those planes are the toilet seats. Aside from the possibility of deadly aroma, the added insult comes from 12CD and 13AB having no recline. I would think that a gentleman of your stature could have done better than that. :td:

I've had Blue once, and it was amazing. Thankfully I did not have to pay for it. :-:

Once for me. Yum!

One of my favorite clients loves telling the story of his first trip on BA where they boosted him to F on the way back from India and they had a fresh bottle of Blue. He was so stunned that he asked how much?

I tried JW Red, and wanted to banish JW forever from my mind, till I learned, they really do make something better, and I may yet try it one day.
