I pay very close attention to actions / words (mark of an ENTP). I gave a preferred price range, a "no more than" price, a specific radius for a home, available times for searching, and minimum space requirements to make sure my realtor was always adhering to my stated requirements even though my buyer-ready letter was 3 times my maximum price and 4 times what I ended up spending. Also required a willingness to look at listings from all realty companies and FSBO's when appropriate. Plus the realtor has to be someone you can talk to for many hours ...

* Proviso - TN does happen to be one of the states where mileage rebates for realty services can't happen.

Community, it has had worse, and rain finally just stopped, been raining hard since 4am.

I am just a country house, but I live near enough to hear the alarms. Normally they don't go on so long unless it is a major warning.

What a commute this morning. I've never seen so many accidents. Accidents at every bridge. There was one pile up of about 20 cars, mostly Lexus, Mercedes, BMW's, etc. It was really bad. I almost crashed twice. Right at the beginiing and in the parking lot. It was only a dusting too. You could tell who arrived at work before the snow started to stick as they were parked between the lines.

I found an un opened box at work containing a blue tooth mouse and key board. I connected those babies up. I suspect they were for my lap top anyway. I'd rather have cables but this is good enough.
