I don't think we'll see a retreat from JFK in *A. Doing so would give DL more control over JFK and i don't think anyone wants that.
On the topic of DL at JFK, they wouldn't know a good opportunity if it fell out of the sky, landed on their face, and started to wiggle. (Bonus points for IDing the reference.) On one hand, if I'm playing the armchair Jann Albrecht, I move the flights and convince the member airlines to cede to DL, making a not altogether impossible bet that they will implode...

Finally coming up for some air after a long couple of weeks of preparing for our industry's largest trade show next week. Between negotiating some partnerships and a huge marketing push, I am pretty much toast. Thankfully PMAM3 has given me a slight diversion, as has a couple of side ventures.
LegalTech New York, here we come! |

I was the only gaijin in the noodle shop I just got takeout from. I'm optimistic about the food. |

Welcome back to teh Box! After spending most of last year building a model of operations and brand, I have taken on a partner and we are running at full speed as a virtual company, leveraging close partnerships and contractors to satisfy custom legal technology solutions for our clients. Given our size and age, I think we are doing damn well. Some sites for those interested: Company and Blog Plus, one of my side ventures that supports the above as well as on its own. I created this offshoot with the thought of applying for this program. |

I just read this post on non-refundable tickets: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/9674698-post51.html and still am a bit  as to what to do.
Here are the details: I bought my sister a non-refundable ticket to LAS and she wasn't able to make it due to some medical . I spoke to the elite line and they said they would waive the $150 change fee and she would be able to rebook travel with the full ticket value. The two issues are that 1) the ticket is non-transferable and 2) she doesn't travel often What's my best course of action here? Thanks in advance! |

Crud...I just spilled Diet Pepsi on the client's conference table.
Serves them right, if they weren't such doofuses I wouldn't be here and thus unable to spill soda on their table. |

My friendly comoderator just gave me the heads up about that party, but I am unsure if I can make it since that is prime networking time at the NY Hilton.
