Looks like it is extremely delayed due to the weather.

It left IAH on time but it's flight plan is set to take it out over San Angelo and then back to DFW. I guess they're hoping the weather will clear by then.

My INB from CLE is veering off course quite a bit trying to get here. Ought to be an interesting night flying home.

Ooo, now it's doing figure eights over the middle of nowhere.

And now it looks like it cancelled and is heading back to IAH.

From overhearing conversations and seeing BPs laying around the PC - they have moved a ton of people over to AA to fly DFW-IAH. Not a lot of happy campers here tonight.

Is it still stormy there? I had a MR scheduled to connect in DFW tomorrow - the nice folks at AA allowed me to opt out and go through ORD instead. Not sure it will still be a mess, but I didn't want to take any chances.

Good evening, box.

138 mileathon points.

Edit: All based on flights.

It looks like the rain has subsided some, but there is still lightning and thunder in the area.

He posted it to his blog as well, I'd think he would not do such if under those draconian rules.

It is all bad out here to the west, raining since 4am, sometimes with sleet. Several large tstorms in the mix too.

Some positive news from PRG today.

Now to find a cheap flight over to use the free nights.:p

Very nice - I found cheap flights (it was CHI but that's not the point) to visit a Swissotel after getting a free weekend + breakfasts as a result of Swissotel AMS refusal to honor their BRG.

LOL Oh, it will. I say around mid-March, the people who live at the confluence of the Mohawk & Hudson rivers will make their annual appearance on TV as their homes flood. This week's appearance was an unexpected bonus. It's like when people are are surprised their beach homes get washed away by hurricanes.
