Why does that tag appear sometimes? I've posted from my crackberry several times and its never appeared. Not complaining or anything, just geniuinly curious.

In other news, congrats Otter and the soon to be Mrs. Otter.

And in even more other news, I don't consider the E170 and E190 to be Express birds (despite what may be painted on the outside of them). They're more "mainline lite".

And you are correct, UAL does treat their Express pax with some semblence of humanity. Except for the whole website, IAD, Mr. Chiken, and ICC thing.

Strapping on that ol' ball and chain...:p Naw, good luck with that.

That, most likely, is the DC-10.

Where did it arrive from? 1978?

LAX. On my way to ATL via MCI and MKE. Then on to DCA early tomorrow morning.

You nab your 727 flight yet?

Yep. Flew the 727 yesterday. Not a bad flight, and kind of fun to fly it one last time. That particular aircraft was a 1980 model, built for Republic and flying with NW until about 10 years ago. It still had all of the NW interior furnishings.

Actually, NW in the last 12 months. It's still in full NW colors with a single ATA logo on the side.

The other exception I find, is if you've ever had to catch a UAX flight at B22/B22A at ORD. Way out at the end of the TED section, and B22a is the only gate I've ever had to walk outside for to get to an E70/CR7. They can have several flights in and out of there within minutes. It gets worse if you've had a gate change to there, as you invariably have to walk from the end of C or T2.

BTW, I didn't see Hilton giving away tix on FT to the Sugar, Rose, Fiesta, and MNC games...

Ugh....I have been corrected. I mis-read the T&C's. Oh, well.

BTW: good luck, Otter! I hope that she doesn't read FT!!! :p:D:cool:

Well, you are at least intelligent enough not to get mired down in OMNI. I can't really say the same for myself. I've even seen CO 1E turning tricks down there on skid row a time or two. As long as he keeps off my corner, it's cool ;) :p

I've been know to dabble in OMNI from time to time. It appears that you have multiple corners, if not entire blocks, staked out there.

Good God! Did I really just post that? Have I sunk to a new low? I need to get drunk, quickly. T- 1hr until the PC can get me sorted. 752 to SFO in the pointy end, and all will be well. Must be some sort of degenerative disease from not flying enough in the past month (820 mi. on ERJs, Saabs, and IAH-AUS runs is not flying )
