His history says that he hasn't posted since the day he got booted the most recent time, which was 13 June. Ahh, blessed silence.

I saw him lurking this forum a few days ago.

So, anyway...

How was everyone's weekend? ;)

My creative routing to SEA (en route to YVR) got reduced to a very boring EWR-SEA. :(

Weekend is going well.

I am trying to figure out if I want to do IAH-AUS-DEN-AUS-IAH for $300 in September or IAH-PHL in a day for $200. I need the miles/segments.

IAH-LBB is upwards of $350 so I booked IAH-AMA for $280 for two people.

If I am still living in PHL in September, we can make a Cheesesteak Mini-meet in PHL. Not at Pat's or Geno's, those are tourist traps, even though some locals eat there. Unless you want to go to one of those. I'm sure CM wouldn't mind crossing the DE river for some good steak.

Sounds good to me. The segments from the DEN trip would put me at Silver for 2009 but I may be able to swing it with the S/O.

I have to be in LAS in September as well, so we'll see.

I'm always up for a get together in Philly...

When are you seeing IAH-PHL for $200?

I wouldn't mind at all - I'm out of town the 11th-15th, and again later in the month, I think the 26/27th. I'm personally a Tony Luke's guy, but I can be persuaded. I like Geno's on an emotional level....the whole ordering in English thing.

The first weekend in September is going for ~$240. I would probably end up spending the night in Philly and seeing my cousin and his wife the next day.

Was this your ABE Q200 odyssey? Sorry to hear.

Maybe you can work in a Q200 leg if we end up doing golf somewhere that isn't local.

Come on over...I'm sure we locals can think of some shenanigans to engage in.

I may convince the S/O to make a weekend of it and come with me.

Another Tony Luke's guy here who probably can be persuaded but no matter where the DO is, will stop at TLs before or after for a Pork Italian.

I am North the weekend 5-7th and can drive some New Yorkers down and back. The rest of September I am on the road. October I don't know yet.

The 5-7th works best for me as well. :) ^

If you do come up, let us know and I'm sure if photog72 is still around and sdm1130 is in town, you'd have at least a foursome. I'm off Thu/Fri/Sat, so I could certainly be available Thu/Fri during the day, as Saturday is couples day for me. :D

ETA: You could also come up solo and we could do such things as golf, planespotting, fun things with guns. Whatever works.
