I'm starting to get there thanks to a lot of hussle to get my work schedule filled up for the first half of 2010. Despite the downturn in our business and the number of benched consultants we have, today I found out I'm in the top five most billable consultants in my practice area for 2009. Met with first lender this evening. He did everything but throw a wad of cash at us, so that is positive. First house viewing is on Monday; hopefully we'll find something we like and wrap it up quick, fast, and in a hurry.
