I stayed there this fall and it was less than half of the cost of the Westin at the Galleria and was even less than the Marriott on the other side of the Tollway. One wonders how they make money.

Plus they have some celebrity chef lending his name to the restaurant (Jean-Georges Vongerichten, maybe?)

Same thing I made last night - had to buy potatoes for the pot roast and didn't want excess potatoes to go to waste ...

I'm just trying to clear out my fridge before I fly out on Friday afternoon. Especially since I have dinner plans for tomorrow night.

Personally, I would have to see at least another night. Example:

Fly in, arrive Sunday mid-afternoon. Sunday is night 1.
Waste Monday morning on timeshare dealio. Monday is night 2.
Fly out Tuesday mid-day (to get home that evening).

Unless mom can get you another resort for a few days ...

I have a dinner commitment Friday night after Commencement. And I intend to leave on Saturday but haven't decided on routing or hotel ... Will be in ACY on Sunday.

My dinner on Friday will be my first time going to Interstate BBQ in MEM. I'm looking forward to it.

Extensions are bookable at a rate per night that I am drawing a blank on but I don't recall being horrendous.
