The flight path of the 787 looks very similar to just about every approach pattern I've had going into EWR, except on LH where instead of circling and zig-zagging they fly bretzel patterns.

CNN has a live feed from BFI. There's a CO bird in the background, looks like a 739 but can't tell for sure.

If she can show that just one person in the UK watched that broadcast (or later saw it rebroadcast/streamed/etc.), and that it damaged her reputation, the network could be liable for a huge damages award in the UK. As I said, their libel laws are flat out ridiculous.

There has been a move to reform their libel laws, as it has resulted in selective forum shopping by celebs and those covered in the tabloids. They don't even bother bringing such suits in the U.S. most of the time. If you can prove somebody read/heard/watched the defamatory statement in the UK, you just hire a solicitor over there to bring your case and rake in the obscene damages award.

All manner of unsavory types have abused the UK's libel laws, like Russian Oligarchs who are unhappy with small-time bloggers in the UK Russian Ex-Pat community airing their dirty laundry. They use it as a tool to clamp down on unwanted political dissent.
