I had a pretty good professor for Agency & Partnership. He did manage to keep it consistently interesting and I was happy when I drew him for Suretyship.
He immediately came right through for me when the first words out of his mouth first day of that class were "A surety is a schmuck with a pen." :) :) I'm quite happy I drew one of my favorite professors for Corporations next semester. Am still bummed that I couldn't work Probate into my final semester. Really wanted to take that course without having to learn it from the bottom-up during Bar-Bri. |

My business associations (A+P, plus corporations) prof was ok. I took the exam drunk and got a decent grade.
