Pretrial Procedure. Should be fine, as it's all I do, all-day, every-day. There's just a lot of obscure, nit-picky rules that could be used to ambush someone on a multi-choice exam.

Insurance is a bar course here, so I figured I might as well take it.

Cool, I took trial practice in my last semester as something to do, but it wasn't a real class per se. Now, Fed Tax II (Section 300 of the IRC) that was tough especially with a lousy professor.:rolleyes:

My worst professor was in Agency & Partnership. Absolutely terrible (visiting professor from out of state clueless about Texas law). Class organization was the worst I've ever seen. I consider it a minor miracle that I somehow managed an A-.

I remember the days when CO had 735s (or 733s) from IAH and EWR to BNA. It was always a slam-dunk upgrade. EDI-EWR-BNA every three weeks or so is how I first made Plat.

I had a pretty good professor for Agency & Partnership. He did manage to keep it consistently interesting and I was happy when I drew him for Suretyship.

He immediately came right through for me when the first words out of his mouth first day of that class were "A surety is a schmuck with a pen." :) :)
