Yes; I've gotten their versions for mechanical delays for both domestic and int'l and compensation varies. Last month; Int'l delay of 3 or 4 hours (I'm not rememebering exact amount) - received meal voucher (again, don't remember exact amount - perhaps $40) and then the BF Concierge came on with a $300 voucher before takeoff. The domestic ones are a comment card; drink coupon and $$ off voucher depending on ticket value.

I got nothing for a non working power port EWR-HKG .
I actually needed to use my laptop for work and was unable to do so.

I asked the FA , and they told me they would have the international concierge speak to me , and they never did,
I should have followed up upon landing , so its partly my fault .

I'm in that post-big-project crunch-time limbo zone, where you let relief wash over you after days of nerves and caffeine and refuse to do much of anything other than the minimum required for survival (i.e., breathing).

Why is it that I can sign in, make posts but can't read my private messages? This doesn't always happen but today it is. Very frustrating.

Thursday Afternoon Glare

I'm off to watch my son and his Frosh football team play this afternoon.
Keep your fingers crossed that they will somehow get their first touchdown of the season. Of course I'm hoping it will be my son that crosses the goal line since this is his first time in the starting lineup. He's a wide receiver and played well in the last game.

Anyone a real estate lawyer or have experience in that field?

If so, PM me please.

Should I book a refundable ATL-IAH one-way on US/UA in F that involves 4/5 flight segments to get me back to Texas for Thanksgiving? It's refundable and would get me very close to renewing my UA Premier status. And despite several US segments, it's all in F, it books into A class so there's a lot of bonus RDMs and EQMs, and I'd get to fly my first A-321.

Price is in the low $400s.

Portions of the post that previously appeared in this space have been deleted. I would provide you with a reason why, but doing so would likely be against the TOS.

What kind of real estate (as in, general real estate; oil and gas; pipelines; condemnation issues; etc.)? And in what jurisdiction?

General real estate in Texas. Just looking through the Property Code Section 92.054 Subsection C and trying to understand it.

And yes, it has to do with Ike and renting. Basically my landlord will agree to reduce my rent for October by $100 for significant damage but without a written agreement (because his wife disagrees). I feel uncomfortable with this arrangement.
