I especially liked the approach pattern.

Yeah, they took our headsets away for landing then gave them back to us when the captain said we would be looping around to create a better flight path.

Nothing says "better flight path" like circling scenic North Jersey.

I had a GREAT CO agent earlier. He found us four EWR-ORD-HKG-EWR standard award tix in business right around Chinese new year. I subsequently called in to find out about waitlisting for F on a different flight instead of Y on one of the domestic segments. The agent I got the second time around was quite . Among other things, she insisted at first that I couldn't waitlist for a different class as the fare was different  I'd already paid for the premium cabin, and I set her straight on that. I have to wonder where they get these people.

We need some sort of system. I can be in charge of phoning the BD ICC on behalf of folks who need redemptions. We can put :rolleyes:v in charge of dealing with SQ. CO 1E is handy at making VS redemptions, IIRC. We'll need you to steer clear of anything to do with CO, US, or TG. :-:

I'll handle E-Z Pass.

My thought is that we start our own little consulting service. We all do it already for friends and family, why not market it? I've had a domain name in my pocket waiting for something to come along - usethosemiles.com

Just filed my first complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service

Well if we're going outside *A here, with access to the EXP Desk, I'll handle AA for OW.

At one time, Randy offered a service like that. I think it was called AwardPlanner. A search for that now shows this URL: http://www.mileagemanager.com/
