What exactly is "that" much for you?:D And there's no way I'd eat shrimp if I wasn't feeling well.

A pound of 16-20 (comparatively large) shrimp is a pretty expensive dinner for just me at my desk. And I think I'm past the migraine-nauseous phase - when it takes over 4 hours to drink water ...

Hmmm, oh, i was looking for something in Dec. I'll keep plugging away, thanks.

Btw, what are you using to find it? nwa.com or dl.com?

I use the native nwa.com search and then go straight to SkyTeam USA to put the flights on hold (Search by Schedule)*.

* This step no longer appears necessary.

As for GTITAN's earlier comment about mom-and-pop sub shops, one of the things I like about Philadelphia is that there are -- or at least appear to be -- all sorts of small commercial operations and local brands that people are quite loyal to. Every suburb -- at least the old streetcar/railroad ones -- and many neighborhoods in the city all have their local pizza shop, pharmacy, deli, etc. We have our national chains as well but they don't seem to be as prominent as elsewhere. Even the ubiquitous Wawa is at least a local company.

No Wawa's now that I live in Tennessee. No Sheetz either.

Fogo de Chao!^ When my family lived in Sao Paulo, the original Fogo de Chao was in our neighborhood!:-::D

I used a page by taking the ferry to Colonia from EZE.

Individual stamps, unless backtracking. I'll have to develop this scenario further and, if I'm still single in a couple of years, pull it off, write a book, and get paid to fly around to talk about flying around. :D

That's binary, of course. For those who prefer decimal, it's :

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to say: G'night, Box.

Then I've been eating the various pie leftovers (coconut, pumpkin, apple)! Now I'm munching on marcona almonds (w/sea salt, rosemary & olive oil)!:-:

It does pack a nice heat to it. Probably not too hot to our TX-based Boxers, but I have to make it milder than my target recipe for some of my family. If I were going to amp the heat more, I'd probably add something other than the chipotles in adobo, as the smoky flavor would be a little too overwhelming.

I had only seen a Wawa once before moving to PA.

I have been unable to get on to the DL website for the better part of two weeks (getting a HTTP 500 error, whatever that is). I am assuming that Webroot does not get along with it, since presumably if it were down I would have heard about it. The NW website works.

Plus1. Great show. I liked the recent one with Wil Wheaton as a guest.

Does anyone have the CO magazine chili page handy?

And for the true chili nuts out there, see if you can track down the winning chili recipe from Emeril's firehouse chili cookoff in either 2000 or 2001; I forget which year, but I'm leaning toward 2001. The firehouse that won with a recipe called "White Heat" that was a turkey chili was Engine 40/Ladder 35. They are housed near Lincoln Center; 66th and Amsterdam. On the morning of 9/11, 13 of their guys went on the call. One came back.
