That's the only hotel program I have a membership in where I'm not a top-tier elite at the moment. I'd be willing to trade my Priority Club Platinum for Hyatt status if only Hyatt had properties in more places that I need to go for work.

That they had "Lavender linen spray" in the room was strange, but whatever.

Is that all that's left of the sleep soundly kit these days? No music CD, eye mask, or ear plugs? I’ve always wondered why a hotel would give the customers ear plugs.

I'll take an ICC agent who is clueless as to basic geography over a competently trained agent who tells me to stuff it when I try to zig-zag across the Pacific en route to Australia any day of the week.
I think that for myself the happy medium is an airline that offers both (i.e. UA) where when I need something serious done, I can talk to a real agent and for everything else...well, there's the other option. :) |

Muc muc muc muc muc!

Rode the all Y E170s yesterday. Nice experience, especially after coming off of a craptastic CL65, which was bearable on a 25 minute flight in the exit row with no seatmate.

I've only seen that once, in the Crowne Plaza in Chicago which is right next to the highway. I assumed the ear plugs were to drown out the highway noise and were hotel-specific (as you can see, don't stay in too many CPs).

Did not know that -- can they book awards (and if so) why not use them when trying to redeem a, er, reasonable, award when the ICC fails?
