The one and only port I have ever done (Sprint to Verizon) took about 45 days to complete and I was without a phone for about 15 days. Needless to say, when I dropped Verizon for AT&T, I gladly accepted a new phone number.

Good morning, Box. Nice to push the "Teh Box" button in my browser and have it work.

I am still no big fan of twitter, but added a number of you that I could find anyway as backup communications for when FT is down ;)

cheepneezy, you should also take AF off the list as well. It's not bad just totally overrated.

Good morning Box. I see FT is behaving for the moment.
Don't forget seat back thickness effects the actual room available. (31 inch pitch with a 30 inch thick seat back would leave you only 1 inch of room) |
Greetings, Box.
I guess it was a good thing that I spent all of yesterday teaching and driving all over Kingdom Come since FT was way more than wobbly-bonkers. |

That creme cheese & jam turnover was tasty. Might have to have another two. Or thirty. |

Function is more important than look
Most airport architecture is rather bland, so it's nice to see the occasional effort taken to make it interesting. MAD T4 IME works pretty well as an airport terminal as well -- the only problem is that it's pretty far away from the rest of the airport -- unlike, say, the Saarinen terminal at JFK or IAD. The main terminal at DEN is pretty interesting, too, at least from the outside. Maybe I just notice this stuff because my father is an architect. |

Function is more important than look, and DTW is pretty good with function IMO.

T4 is very functional. It is one thing IB managed to do right.

DEN is interesting yes, but has some functional issues at times. IAH is functional except for A and parts of B, E looks somewhat nice, DFW is nice in parts and generally functional as an airport (can't say so much about the airline that is in most of it) LGA is neither nice looking or functional :D LAX the same. |

It was from T-mo->AT&T. I was amazed as to how quick it was and it happened in real-time while I was on the phone. |
