I believe the crystal ball is always correct in such situations.

I turned down a $400 VDB offer on CLT-MSP last night. I was so tired, I didn't even think about having them place me on CLT-IAH this morning.

Are you filing just for breach of contract, or are you adding deceptive trade practices claims? Often, DTPA claims involve statutory penalties (3x damages or more), as well as costs of court as part of an award.

Just the breach. I didn't see a place for DTPA on the claim form.

I'm not really in this to completely eff them up. I just want my trip back.

It was one guy in line holding up the whole thing. He got what he needed and it went pretty quickly from there. Court date is December 3.

Good work and thanks for doing that. Hopefully BA will learn not to be naughty when it comes to canceling customers' tickets just for the hell of it.

Can one litigate DTPA in small claims court?

SBM12 don't you have your complaint already written out?

They bumped a few people from the earlier flights. I overhead some people talking about their vouchers.

All three times I've gone to small claims, I've had to hand-write it onto the local court's forms.
