The sad part was that the call to change my service plan the last time I did so was very nice. It took so long that I ended up BSing with the rep, and it turned out that he and I had a lot in common. You would think that such an enjoyable conversation would have led to my stuff being taken care of correctly. O fool am I.

BTW, great blog -- I won a Do-related trip (not to the magnitude of yours) earlier this year (Hyatt hotels sent me to London to review the Andaz London).
