I just paid for a fedex 777 today. their rates were insanity, but I did it anyway, will be to international dest by friday. USPS screwed me with 23 days last time. and it was still $80 to send(a bit cheaper)

room looks nice but small. I've not heard such great things about lakeshore.

It was plenty big - with a living room, decent size bathroom, and a great bed. We had a really great experience there, and will absolutely go back there rather than some of the other downtown hotels we've visited.

sooo... I will be flying into LGA for the Palm DO. I am going to ask for subway directions. I have a subway map on my phone just in case as well.

I would just take a cab. Public transportation would require a bus to get to the nearest subway station.

If you really want to deal with public transportation, the directions on Google should be very helpful.

I believe you have to bus it to the subway from LGA - apologies if you know this already. :)

There is no convenient way to take teh subway, especially if you have bags.

M60 to the N train, then up 3 flights of stairs.
