I used to use Lane Towne Car and Limo. One way between IAH and my West U/Rice Village area apartment was $68 — I just went back and checked an old expense report to get the price.

Thanks, will check them out

My VS Silver welcome package just showed up... I had completely forgotten that I had signed up for the promotion. It came with a nice luggage tag and two free upgrades per the Gatwick Express and Heathrow Express trains.

How did miss This :scratch head:

Lost another pound. Time to cook that last 1.25 pound steak.

Congrats. I must be losing weight...but I haven't been tracking such. I'm used to having seat belt fit issues, and both seatbelts this trip have had room to spare. The problem now, which I assume will die off with continued losses, is more the width of my shoulders than my a$s.

Although the shoulder width is still a problem (a reason few believed me when I told them my former weight) when in Y, it's a lot easier to cope with the pounds lost. I did JFK-ZRH in Y with no real worries but the photos taken by windwalker show that I'm broader in the shoulders than a Y seat.
