ETA but I did it all over the phone.

Thanks. I'm going to try online in a little bit and see what happens.

Good luck....I gave up on trying to get my 21k BD miles from the Hilton promotion. Evidently my middle initial is on my Hilton account and my full middle name is on my BD account yet they cant figure it out.

Did you contact Diamond dot Club at flybmi dot com? Joanna and the rest of the staff there are generally quite good at following up.

Thanks for that e-mail address — I may put together an e-mail to them and attach the PDF copies of the folios showing the missing miles from Hilton, as well as a copy of my Hilton HHonors activity showing the miles that were transferred.

No, but I have always received fairly prompt (within 4-5 business days) resolutions of any concerns by using that email address. IIRC, Joanna's Handle on FT is also diamond club, so you could try sending her a PM, too. She is essentially BD's version of CO Insider.

A NW/DL dinner!

now I hav to say I like onion a LOT, but I like it to be properly cut. This is huge chunks of very pungent onion. perfect for an airplane ;) look at those pieces of onion, I think it could have been cut better by a wild otter!

"Chicken Fajita Wrap"
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2484/...34e0ff1e8c.jpg

ok this sucker is evil, fajita marinated chicken strips, with bacon, eggs, cheese, lettuce and tomato and a vinaigrette that don't mesh up in flavor AT ALL. on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the worst, this was about a 2, max.

I miss the old NW meals. At least some of that looks better than what I've seen on the new NW/DL this year. But in the old days, "dinner" on NW almost always meant a hot meal. With the combined DL/NW service, "dinner" on most flights means "slightly more food than what we served you at lunch," and it's cold.

But hey, at least you got the brownie. Those are always good.

I got my fill of brownie, 3 in 24 hours :) one was not very good, WAY too dry. Others were quite good for a packaged brownie.

I enjoyed the DTW B Concourse Skyclub:

My chicken and rice on EWR-AMS was surprisingly good. Granted, international catering is likely more substantial than domestic, but that's been my only data point on the topic. My mother's dessert from the pointy end was quite good too.

The DTW World Clubs are great.

The best of those brownies is the one NW used to offer during the winter months, especially around the holidays. They make a chocolate mint brownie that was very tasty, if you like the combination of mint and chocolate flavors.

The bigger the slice of onion the better ^.
