Can it be done with an easy overnight? It might be worth it to head out there, hit up a few bars and head back one night.

There must be a minimum stay I cant find anything:confused:

Excellent. I see MRs in your future.

Much as I'd love to, I think I see a Remington 870, a Glock 19 and/or a Glock 26, some Devils tickets, and lots of substitute teaching. Fiancee is looking at apartments too. If I start teaching regularly thru the subbing company, I'll be bankrolling her home defense system and joining her at first feasible opportunity. Moving in with the other half way outranks mileage.

Go with the Glock 26. It has little kick-back and is perfect for concealment (assuming you have a concealed handgun liscence). I love mine.

I hope you'll be happy with your decision. Please give us a report.

I live in The People's Demokratic Republik of New Jersey. Hell will freeze before we get legal CCW.

AUS to NYC? You have dates? Delta.com not so good about flexible dates, travelocity, Orbitz not showing this either.

True, but there is no packing/unpacking. I still haven't unpacked from our 2:15 a.m. arrival this morning.

A Glock 26 does cross the line of restricted purchases in NJ (even if just magazines), doesn't it?

Oh - sore point for the Jersey resident ...

If I got a 21, I could switch guns to go along with the day (same Serpa holster) as my default piece.
