Dressing up for PBS??? I'd think you'd need to go to a thrift store to get some nice 70s duds. :p

They also have the magic spray.

Is that effective for rapid and unmitigated collapse?

Morning Box! Booked full in F but I'll say a little prayer to the upgrade gods and hope it works.

Is that an airplane museum? If so where?

Officially it is a restaurant/bar that's located just southeast of the east end of the southern runways at LAX. The owner has a bunch of old static display aircraft in a "yard" in the back of the place. It's also neat because you have all the southern runway arrivals landing almost right over the top of you... great photo point. Relatively good food, and great drinks as well.

I'd say it's a toss-up between this place and the In-and-Out located just off the approach of the northern runways. Guess it depends on how much $$$ you want to drop for your meal.

And yes, I've eaten, and more importantly, watched airplanes, from both locations. :D^

Good morning, box, from Omaha.

It drives me absolutely bug-f**k nuts when people do not change their reading rhythm for American Express cards. The cards do NOT, repeat NOT have the same system of four sets of four digits. Respect it.

We all have our little idiosyncracies.

With In-N-Out, you can take the Parking Spot shuttle bus from LAX to the parking spot and walk next door to the In-N-Out and save $ on a taxi fare.

Do any of the Box's resident foodies happen to know of any people or places that would collect old (read: closed) restaurant menus?

Adding on, that's the Sepulveda shuttle (with the red Sepulveda sign). There is another shuttle that goes to "Century" (this has the blue sign).

New rule: people that tag emails "high priority" for no reason get answered last.
