This batch has a tad too many muddled jalepenos... but that's ok :)

Sounds tasty!

Hi Box! Been dealing with ants, ants, ants today. Came home from LAX with swarms of Ants that were getting through a leak below a window. Orkin man came and now I have poison all over our house. Fun times!

There was a FF at Plus1's reunion that was fun to talk with. He has a major issue with CO though!

The guy across the aisle from me last night spent the entire flight staring at me. I'm not sure if he thought we were a) long lost siblings b) an old friend or classmate or c) secretly watching The N:rolleyes:tebook with me since no man wants to admit to watching it.

BL JR wants Bose noise reduction headphones. That's a big no.

Better Ants than termits! I had to get a termit treatment for my house today that i am selling. Also it seems like the last hail storm had the Skylight being knocked out. Have been spakling this evening. Ready to get outta this house and in a place were someone else does the repairs.

To the Npoise Canceling Headphones. Tell her to ask Santa when she is 14.

Shameful. First you dont post for days and then you come back like you have been at a SWA convention! ;)

Late into the flight I needed to get up to use the restroom and I asked if he would mind if I got up, he replied, "No" and proceeded to just sit there. As I tried to climb over him I pulled something in my back and the pain was so bad that I just about passed out walking to the back of the plane. I'm still in pain and will probably see a doctor wheni get back into town.

What an A$$. I dont recall seeing the thread "The guy next to me was an A$$, how much compensation should CO give me!!"

Ouch!! That is far worse than the turkey dog, I will agree.

It is too bad that people can't be cognizant of tight spaces and move when necessary. :td:

Hope you feel better!! I hear you about back pain.. I threw my back out many years back and I couldn't even get into my car, much less a seat on an airplane!

CO just released $129++ fares LGA-SLC (via CLE and IAH) but I cant find any same day turns so its not MR worthy.

That would explain that 150ish IAH-NYC fare I noticed earlier today. More is more, I guess.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, Hartmann.

Any comments on the Nines?

Wot?? What dates? I wonder if I could pull those fare shenanigans from AUS? (doubt it..).

Is that "CLE and IAH" implying a double connect? I guess it would have to be since there is no CLE-SLC, right?

Can it be done with an easy overnight? It might be worth it to head out there, hit up a few bars and head back one night.

Does one still need a "club membership" in SLC?

That would be a big no! She hates bugs (no idea where she gets that from ;) ). I've dealt with ants every year, and HATE it! I freak out.

SO true! That's what she will be getting. She tends to go through headphones as quickly as she does DVD players (which I buy in bulk when on sale) and her current ones need replaced.

I would HATE having termites! The biggest issue is I saw at least one fire ant and BL JR is deathly allergic to those (so much that an epi pen goes every where with her). I got one bite on my hand Thursday when the ants were small and contained. Dr. Plus1 lanced it and my hand turned red, swelled up and I couldn't move it. I don't want to try that again!

Houston seems like an odd place for a St. Regis. Has anyone stayed there?
