Worth going to check the country off your list, if you have one. We didn't do the chu chi tunnels or the river delta, so maybe we missed out on that part, but otherwise I just didn't find it particularly compelling. Definitely cheap, but not compelling as a destination.

Very well, other than having to work nearly the entire time.

I got the proposal thing nailed - she wants to do a website for the runup to the wedding. I'll buy the domain and put it on there...still do it the night before the trip, but do it via the website that she thinks isn't being built yet.

Just so no one makes fun of me, I'll clarify: the speech, some pics, and other content will make up a presentation that will end with the question itself. I'll put a link to it on here after the fact. :D

I'm tired of cleaning house. I've been doing it for the last couple of hours and I still have the master bath to do.

You sir, are brave. :p

In other news, Canuck is delayed on FL coming home from MCO. "But you told me not to book on US."

In even more other news, just finished booking everything for my vacation. In very unFT fashion we're staying at boutique hotels in BCN instead of the chains. Yup, that's right, that means no points to earn or redeem for 3 of the nights. :o

Anyone want to give us a ride / pick us up from EWR? :D

One word my friend - housekeeper. When I married MR BL I told him that I don't clean so he best have a housekeeper in place before I get there (he didn't but I found one before I arrived).

Back in the good ole USA and so happy. Flight to IAH delayed (waiting for crew). #1 for the upgrade - who knows - checked in full so doubtful but in exit aisle so I'm okay. I just got off a 15 hour BF flight, I'm cool with a 4 hour coach flight (I can say that with all I've had to drink ;) )

I've always been a better writer than speaker. Plus, it's something different that she won't see coming.

If you are on 311 I think there may still be some seats up front. Take a look at the Flight Standby list.

First Class: Available
Economy Class: Full

Okay now delayed 3 1/2 hours - waiting for crew. They are saying weather in the area (not sure what area). So because of this no meal voucher? Is this correct?

Lots of thunderstorms in the EWR area - mostly south and west of the airport right now.

No meal vouchers when it's weather related. :(

Don't quote me but we do have a Customer First policy, which says you get something after a 90 minute delay. Ask about it because I do believe we start providing meals and drinks.

PS we even have a pre-printed chart that shows what we are to provide the customers, even during weather related delays.
