However, it may be that your experience with Chase gives rise to claims that you may not have considered (statutory or common-law). It sounds like you may have expended a considerable amount of time and effort in attempting to resolve these issues, due to their own malfeasance.

If it were me, I would try to consider what causes of action I might have, and what damages, if any, I had suffered. Did you use cell-phone minutes to rectify this situation, did resolution of this necessitate that you spend time that otherwise would have been spent working, did you suffer the loss of use (even if temporary) of any assets as a result? Those are the sorts of questions I would be asking, in addition to consulting your state's deceptive trade practices (and/or banking/credit practices) legislation...
