On a related AMEX note -- I just realized that I charged more on my AMEX Plat than I needed to, this month, in order to take advantage of the (targeted) 3X MR points offer. I didn't read the fine print correctly (it was confusing) & had to call MR CS to clarify. :rolleyes: So, nothing other than gas & groceries on the AMEX Plat for the rest of the month! I will shift the rest of my month's charges to the CO PP MC!:p

I need entertainment. Updates of today. I had a good chat with the head hunter. He's sending my resume to one company. Of course the office is in South Jersey. I really want to get closer to NYC to be honest. One person I know that worked for that company in a different office is perplexed as the south jersey office was cell towers and not transportation. Applied for the other job I mentioned around 5 PM. That was easy since it was Monster only applications. God state agencies can get lazy. Hit apply, confirm to use the current resume, select ethnicity and gender and it's all done.

I have the same promo for the dbl miles -- but usually pay cash for gas in NJ (b/c there's a discount), but will charge gas in COS & VA (where there is no discount). I put all the groceries on AMEX, but no risk of hitting up agst the max!

Oh, AMEX called to check up and verify my charges. They read off the mint charges for $2,500 and $5,000 and a Wal-Mart charge for $12. I told them everything is ok and the charges were mine. |
