Time for bed. G'night, Box.

I've determined that I need to take a grocery shopping trip to Walmart. Been a long time since I've said that ...

Yeah, funny you should mention that. I apparently fell out of the known space-time continuum today and thought that it was showing today. It's acutally on the 20th. Imagine my surprise when I handed my ticket to the guy and he said, "err, this movie isn't showing today." I felt like a real .

Amen to that. Tomorrow is supposed to be the day I hear about the job; hopefully it goes my way. Night, Box.

Um, yes you are... it's ok... and btw, you wife knows. :-:

We get a good laugh out of that CL post every few months at our house. It turned up as a link on a car forum my partner is on.

There's another good one he's shown me before that involves a one night stand in a hotel room while the girl is playing Super Mario Brothers and the guy is doing whatever he pleases with her while she plays the video game.

I love super wal-mart but the closest one to me is 40 minutes away in upstate NY :-:

Well, I'm simply at the point where the pantry / staples / emergency supplies would only sustain me for about a month ;) Walmart is also a cheap place to get beer in this area.

No need to apologize, my friend.

You know, that's not the first time I've heard of a marriage coming out of that. At a previous job I had, there was a divorce attorney that had an office across the hall from us. His wife worked as his receptionist, and they met when she was his client after she left her first husband. And of course it was a plotline on Sex in the City, too.

I don't think I ever posted it over here but being that I'm done w/ my weekly trips to Philly, even though I can't say what exactly I was doing (will post newsletter when it comes out) but I can say it was with this group(YouTube video)

For the first time in several months, the bone I broke in my left foot back in September has suddenly decided to start hurting again. Driving 2+ hours this afternoon in dress shoes probably helped cause this. But now I'm sitting in my hotel room at IAH in pain, and don't have anything to take for it. And I'm not really in the mood to get dressed to go out and get something for it either. :(

We need to hear more. Because that is a really great project to be involved in. Less so for the technology, more so for the development of the kids participating and how it develops them. ^

I am a firm believer we need to be teaching a lot more SKILLS in our nations high schools. I've seen less and less skills training, less and less education, and a lot more emotional feel good stuff and sports in the last 10 years.
Gearing them up with real world skills like welding, design, is all encompassing education covering everything from math, reading, science of several studies, and more.

I can't say more because of restriction from Phildelphia Academies (maiinly because they are under 18 and $10MM at stake) and the production company restrictions. :( My involvement with them the past two summers has been rewarding and watching some of their developement from one year to the next was remarkable. Their next newsletter will likely spell out in detail what I was doing with them.

The sports car in the video is for sale if anyone wants it. 0-60 in 4 seconds and 60 mpg.
