That, or definite non-props to him...

It will be a quick box visit waiting for the nanny to show...

baglady is experiencing heavy rain in HHH on her trip. :(

Good luck with that!

It is shaping up to be a beautiful day here, and I get to go into the office and resent the boss at the client some more today. Yippee.

Do something to get your mind off everything. Try to land on an aircraft carrier. :p

That is a capital idea.

Good night Box.

:td:

In high school I worked at a golf course arranging carts, cleaning clubs, picking up the driving range, etc. A kid who started after me would take the people's clubs, their tips, and then leave the bag sitting around, later telling me it needed to be cleaned. What he failed to realize was that I had been there for a year and was on good terms with our boss. One afternoon I told the boss about the situation and asked if it would be alright if I just left one evening halfway through the rush. He obliged.

I never knew my cell phone could ring continuously.

Morning, Box. Today is apparently the 6 year anniversary of the great East Coast blackout. Where were you that afternoon?

Hopefully not on the subway like this woman: http://amylangfield.com/2003/08/on-l...en-dekalb.html

(I was home on summer break in CLE, where it all started - we were a little confused at first, but there were no crises - we cooked on the gas stove, drank up all the milk [and beer] in the fridge, hung out on the porch playing poker by the light of the kerosene lantern, went to bed. The water was on when we woke up the next morning and the power was back on before noon. Can't complain, really.)

Hello and good night, Box from HHH.

I was just about to say "enjoy, and hopefully avoid thunderstorms" but it seems like you haven't had much luck with the latter. :( Hope it gets better before you leave!

CO 505 EWR-JAX. Plane took off ~3 minutes prior to the outage. We landed and saw it on the news in the airport. I also had ~5 VM messages from friends wanting to come over and use my grill since they couldn't cook otherwise.

Driving from Philadelphia to Rockville, MD to spend a few days w/ family there. PHL was never affected by the blackout directly, I believe.

Good morning all. I woke up by a phone call from UPS letting me know that 3 next day air packages will be delivered today. I checked my orders from the mint and none of them have tracking orders

It's a government operation. Do you really expect them to have all of that information synced in real time? ;)

jrzyshawn Aug 14, 2009 7:38 am

I just hope they get here soon. I don't want to sit here any longer that I have to. I have some errands that I need to do before work and sitting here is not helping.

Ok. I really need to get on board and figure out what this coins thing is all about.

Can someone please give me the Coins 101 lecture?

Also, I think I need to get on board withe the Chase accounts thing and get myself 50,000 miles. I already have my main banking with chase, I could easily open a business banking account because I do have a legitimate LLC, with my account being at TD bank.
