I'm supposed to hear on Monday or Tuesday. From an impromptu discussion today (with someone who's currently a subordinate), I think I may have been successful. I even carried home my office-based CO BE tea cup set as well as other ceremonial items today.

A shame. Your Grand :-: Tour of Asia inspired me to visit Eurafrica.

So we got the job in KWI.... but only one engineer can go over, the rest will provide virtual support. The guy going is my boss. Grrrr.

So I get to go out to the left coast on Monday. At least I get new lines for FM.... MAF-IAH-SMF-SFO-OTH-SFO-IAH-MAF, over two weeks.

My friends there thought midges were horrible until I brought a few of them to Houston during a particularly wet July. They were begging for midges by the time our megasquitos had finished feasting on them.
