I saw this and thought... hmmm... I have no need to purchase a ticket to anywhere at this time. Would I be able to purchase a Y ticket to somewhere, see the charge show up on my CC statement, then get a refund? Would that enable me to get the 500 miles and be entered into the contest? I didn't see it in the rules.

Most of the cell towers have a generator back up but most were overloaded and that is why it was difficult to get a cell call through.
