Wow, its been a crazy week here. I got an offer on the house in LBB and we accepted (I think I mentioned this) but the guy has come back and wants $2,500 in repairs/additions to the house. Some of it is unreasonable but I'd rather just pay up and get rid of the place since we have not had any other offers in the past 7 months.
