Oh, forgot to mention - for those who haven't done it, do download iTunes 9...very pretty new interface.

When I read that first post my initial thought was that it's a Wi-Fi connection (that then links to a satellite) for the new pay on board devices.

There was just a thread about tv vs wi-fi, and CO's strategy (and vendors) was pretty well defined in it. This app is well over a year in use, as indicated by the links somebody posted in the new thread.

Brave man. Ever see that movie with Robin Williams (and Jeff Daniels) where he takes a family trip in an RV to do business trip under guise of vacation?

I know it has been at least 6+ months since I first saw that particular Wi-Fi access point showing up on a CO flight.

ALCO, I'm surprised you haven't posted in the following thread and set everyone straight:

Did anybody in IAH-land get the St Arnold's special that came out today? I hit a couple of places and they either never got any at all or were sold out. :td:

I am slightly confused about CO Insider's reply here

Hi jrzyshawn, you'll be able to do this after Oct. 27 when the change goes into effect. You will however, be required to redeposit and re-redeem your reward.
Are the BF upgrade fees refundable and is there a redeposit fee for upgrade rewards?

ETA: Nevermind, I found it. $150 for me to redeposit teh miles :(

Do you remember what kind of a/c you were on? Were the trips trans-ocean?

Plus1 and any other IAHers, Alamo is doing a St Arnold's tasting including the elusive Divine Reserve #8. 12 tickets left and I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on 2. St. Arnolds Beer Fest at Alamo

Opened another Chase checking account today

EUR's solidly thru 1.46 and looks like it's gonna hold it this time. Those Oct'fest beers are getting more expensive by the day.

Given Tennessee isn't going anywhere and some of the teams Florida schedules, I would prefer Florida to lose.

I think what you are referring to is the steakhouse. The one I went to was in the cascade wing but no mansion around.

It was domestic — probably a 737-NG or 757, but I don't remember for sure.
