Probably not, but on my KUL-SYD flight there was only one person in the C mini cabin downstairs, so im sure he had great service. There were 4 of us in the F cabin, I don't know how many were upstairs.
The MH cabin staff are great to begin with, so you should be fine in any seat.

What is the normal departure pattern these days when departures are to the North? Is it 6R for departures and 6L or 6C for arrivals, depending on traffic volume, or do they use only one runway for arrivals and departures except during peak times?

There is no longer a 6C - it is a taxiway. Typically they use one RWY for arrivals and another for departures unless they have a backlog. I am guessing this aircraft used 6L based on the flightpath over my house.

Neat. Can I get to EWR in 55 minutes to see it land? :D Too bad work gets in the way.

Maybe :rolleyes:lov can see it.

I will be on the lookout, the planes are landing from the north side so they will be passing over my office.

Why on earth would you originate in IAH, when you could do SLC-PHX-PHL-SJU (and back) in F for buckets of BD miles? :D

Laziness?

That is normally an acceptable answer, but not when it comes to racking up miles.

I didn't realize that 6C was closed off permanently as a runway, although now that you mention it, I remember passing the giant "X" on 6C when crossing from the taxiway over to 24L for departure.

I've not joined ICH ... I can't even recall the last time I stayed at one of their properties. Is it worth it to join and rack up the partner bonuses?

I've not heard/seen it overhead. I think EWR is landing to the south right now. Bummer.

Typical Pit Scenario... cool front drops just to our East, bathing New Orleans in 85-Degree Weather.

In my book any city city under sea level shouldn't exist, so I don't really feel bad for you. :D

could be worse you could be in the festering pit.

I AM in teh Festering Pit. I was bemoaning the fact that MSY was getting the good weather. The heat index here is 99, and it feels like you are walking through soup when you step outside. :-:

Wish I hadn't seen photog72's erroneous Pitcast from last week. It got my hopes up for an early Fall..com now shows 90s (with nothing below 70s at night) through the start of September. :-:
