All the biz cards request your personal SSN, not your FEID. At least that's what you have to do if you want to get approved. Having the FEIN is good for doing things like applying for sales tax exemption if you want to be a reseller and buy good wholesale. Of course, that comes with a whole other set of reporting requirements.

You'll need an articles of corporation or something stating it is a valid company along with a Federal Tax ID. Both of these can easily be created online and the first, in NJ, can be done online with the cert presented to you at the end of your app instantly.

I was impressed how easy it was to register a company in NJ, it was completely free of red tape which is very unjersey.

I have cash that is sitting around idle that can go toward the personal Chase account for miles, but I'm not dropping a couple hundred bucks at this stage to file all the business paperwork.

What brand do you have -- you may have mentioned it in an earlier post, but am too lazy to look!

Of course, it's my Monday. :( And Sunday, one of the worst days for passenger loads. Wonder how much overtime I'll be putting in tonight?

The rain seems to be tapering down here (20 min. from EWR), so maybe things will not that badly delayed. It seems like flights are full all over the place -- it's summer!

I knew that CO was leaving SkyTeam for Star, but when did they join NATO?

icurhere2 Aug 2, 2009 11:58 am

One can't spell Supreme Allied COmmander without CO.

About two pages back, in a J. Edward post.
