Teh Fiancee is five months younger than me. First time I ever even considered dating a woman younger than me, and I end up committed. Young = dangerous. Young and hot = run away if the age separation is any number less than five.

She really robbed the cradle, didn't she ;)

I've usually been into more older men; Plus1 is only 5 years older though so we have the same cultural frame of reference. My parents are 11 years apart but come from two distinctly different generations which does create some issues.

Indeed. :D

My wife tries desperately to be a child of the 80s, a decade I decided to leave in the past quite some time ago. It doesn't create issues so much as opportunities for me to laugh at her various levels of silliness.

HEY! I have the 80s station on XM as my #1 preset. That and new wave. I like the music better! The clothes and hair, no thank you.

Heh, I think my wife is in the same vein. She regularly joins me in making fun of a trend in 80s movies that I've come to describe simply as, "Large Hair."

She just sauntered in, quite sleepily, and inquired as to why I wasn't in bed already. That's my cue.

Night, Box.

^You can sing to 8o's music in the privacy of your own car. Unlike newer music.

Doesn't explain all the new wave, though.

My #1 preset is Channel 202. O&A and their humor get me thru the morning; music can't come close.

And I'm older than both of you! At 49 -- I'm clearly old enough to be her mom! Baglady -- you have a very cute cousin!!^

Just an 11am conference call and a need to take another practice exam.

Poor you! I am wide awake here after driving for 6 hrs from VA (dropped son & his friend at camp). Hoping to get some good sleep -- have a ton to do t'morrow, as well.
