It is hot here in PBC today (no rain yet) and I am almost hoping for some rain to cool things off a bit before I venture out later for dinner.

I still have my ZipCard and have found they are best for in-town rentals. We rented a Scion for the Maine trip last year; however, that was for a 5 day trip.

From Bloomberg.com:

Southwest’s sale prices are available today and tomorrow for travel Sept. 9 through Nov. 18, the Dallas-based airline said in a statement. The rates are $30 each way for flights as far as 400 miles (644 kilometers), $60 for 400 to 750 miles and $90 for more than 750 miles.

Box question
Westin SYD 60 USD + 4000 pts
or
4P SYD 45 USD +2800 pts ( I have been to 4P and it is not your typical 4P)

Just BBMed the fiancee to see if she wants to go anywhere. I could burn the $50 WN GC that I have...I'd have to close my CC thread involving it, but that's no big deal.

It's even nicer when you stay on CO's dime. :D

Though the Marriott isn't a bad property either and it's not terribly expensive and has a lounge.

Mornin' box.

Fantastic! I love this website. A friend told me about it a while back and now it's addictive.

ssullivan would apparently disagree, but I like it too. The video clip that might have made him puke is particularly funny just because it plays to stereotypes so very well.

CM, if you come down to a gig sometime, you can jump on the drumset and we'll see if your rhythm comes back. Woodbridge, NJ this Friday (cool little neighborhood bar), Freehold, NJ on 7/24 (really kick-a$$ place with a great restaurant and an awesome crowd).

Haha. Offer much appreciated, but I'll put it this way. I had a hard time keeping time while marching in Basic Training. Drill instructor referred to me as "that rhythmless honkey". It took me about a week of getting yelled at along with help from classmates to nail down the finer points of drill. Having said all that, I'd think that me behind a drum kit would A) empty the venue, and B) cause me to have a stroke.
