was looking at some different plans a few nights ago. No clue what he did if anything.

Good night/morning Box.

How is your son doing?

Son is fine. He is currently listening to music and asking for another burger from McDonalds.

Surgery took 2 hours. The Doctor discover that the floating bone was actually broken in two pieces, lengthwise. Couldn't see on the x-ray because it was on the back side. One plate and 5-6 screws later, he's all fixed up. ^

We bought a ice pack machine. He has to keep his collarbone area chilled for 2 hours, every 2 hours for a few days.

Of course his sister took pictures of him while he was in recovery. Good for blackmail purposes. :D

Glad to hear all is well on the surgical front, sfogate. ^

Good morning, Box.

Good night, Box.

Um, I could just buy a ticket on AA there for the heck of it?

One of the first things my son wanted to know, after waking up from surgery, was if he was going to beep going thru the airline security line. Spoken like a true child of an airline employee.

Thanks.
McDonalds is just up the street. In-N-Out is just outside of SFO.

Good night Box.

OK. I just could not get this. What is so yummy about it compared with the others' burgers and fries?

Mornin' box.

sfogate, glad your son is doing well and that they got all the fragments aligned.

Glad everything went well...I guess the "rep in the room" didn't cause too much  for you?

So what's the answer....will he set off the metal detectors?? Are the plates/screws surgical grade steel or titanium?
