Vinca for the front as they are the only thing that can take the afternoon sun, easy to maintain, and the deer and bunnies don't eat them. I haven't been able to find them for the past few years so I was flowerless. Then I got some New Guine impatients for pots on the patio. The deer and bunnies don't like them either. I just have to keep them in the shade or they wilt real quick.
I'm behind in getting the flowers in, as I'm also still trimming some dead stuff from last yr! I also want to get a hibiscus tree to put in my large planter. The deer seem to feast on my flowers only after they've dined on all the neighbors stuff! It's so funny to see the hibiscus tree after the deer have attacked it -- it's like hedge clippers have been used! |

My garden is already producing tomato, pepper, onion and garlic, first squash and zucchini will be ready in next days they are fingerlings now. Rain/hail almost destroyed them but 24 hours later they perked back up, snipped a few dead portions off and it just stunted them a week or so ago.

Hey CLE folks, the Highway Patrol is out in force on 90 and 480 this weekend, in addition to the local municipalities.

He booked himself into F using a postive upgrade certificate. Shows up at the ticket counter to get checked in. He is asked to turn over the certificate and claims that CO told him to mail it in. That isn't our policy and never has been so the agent calls reservations help desk to see if they know more than we do. The ticket counter advises the customer that he must turn in the certificate or we would have to downgrade him back to his original class of service: Y. He storms off and now I get to deal with the problem, as the GA in charge of the flight. Long story short, after much verbal abuse, holding his breath and jumping up and down he didn't get what he what he wanted. I did get him to hand over a certificate that expired in 2006! He departed sitting in coach. There is more to this story but I don't feel comfortable posting it for the world to read. Let's just say the WECARE-2 has now been introduced to the customer, by me. :D |
Interesting news: the CLE-LHR flight is actually doing well this month, which is typically light until the summer season hits high gear. Yes, even oversold flights. ^^
In addition, a surprising amount of connex in LHR. |

My mother and cruisr seem to think that they are going to the Mini-Do next week. Pity for them that they did not post to that effect.

The Senior PGA Open was a lot of fun today. Perfect weather and manageable crowds.

Have you banned them from the mini-do, or they simply haven't responded formally?!
