I just have to keep them in the shade or they wilt real quick.

Vinca is nice. Interesting that you weren't able to find them for the past few years. I love New Guinea impatiens -- I plan to get some tomorrow to fill out my planters.

I'm behind in getting the flowers in, as I'm also still trimming some dead stuff from last yr! I also want to get a hibiscus tree to put in my large planter. The deer seem to feast on my flowers only after they've dined on all the neighbors stuff! It's so funny to see the hibiscus tree after the deer have attacked it -- it's like hedge clippers have been used!

Wow -- nice garden! I don't get much in the way of vegetables planted. Usually just basil & parsley! I love to make fresh pesto w/the basil.

Hey CLE folks, the Highway Patrol is out in force on 90 and 480 this weekend, in addition to the local municipalities.

The ticket counter advises the customer that he must turn in the certificate or we would have to downgrade him back to his original class of service: Y. He storms off and now I get to deal with the problem, as the GA in charge of the flight.

Long story short, after much verbal abuse, holding his breath and jumping up and down he didn't get what he what he wanted. I did get him to hand over a certificate that expired in 2006! He departed sitting in coach.

There is more to this story but I don't feel comfortable posting it for the world to read. Let's just say the WECARE-2 has now been introduced to the customer, by me. :D

Wow - what chutzpah that guy had! Thanks for sharing what you did of the saga. And that was just one of the many issues you had to deal w/last night! Hope you're enjoying a nice cocktail or similar, tonight!

Interesting news: the CLE-LHR flight is actually doing well this month, which is typically light until the summer season hits high gear. Yes, even oversold flights. ^^

In addition, a surprising amount of connex in LHR.

Have you banned them from the mini-do, or they simply haven't responded formally?!

To where and on whom? I've done the LGW->LHR shuffle. 4hrs was barely enough last time (Damned 1hr Hertz line!)

The Senior PGA Open was a lot of fun today. Perfect weather and manageable crowds.

The usual skyteam suspects, EK and even non-partners.

I too have done the shuffle though it worked well each time via bus.

The car rental would have been brilliant -- and less expensive than the bus) but the line at Hertz was LONG. The frustrating part was that my contract was in view on the rack the whole time. They just had to hand it to me and I was out of there. ARGH!

I told them if they do go that they are banned from being at my table. And no, neither has posted in the thread, and today was fozz's deadline. My mother can't be bothered to post (her "posts" are otherwise known to the rest of us as "dictations") and cruisr is in AMS. No post, no get.
