With the assumption that I'm available for the Shogun Mini-Do, I can still pick up two people, and for right now those two are Hartmann and icurhere2, assuming thay they are flying into PHL.

CM,
CAn you add me to the pickup maybe list :D If I come in I'll either need a ride, or be willing to take a car to your place if you have somewhere I could park it, could bring anyone at PHL with me I guess. I'd prefer not to drive all the way with one person, it seems a waste of that precious parking in some resturants.

I appreciate the offer! Right now my attendance is a huge "maybe". My attendance at the conference may be yanked due to work constraints and that would prevent me from going to the dinner. :( I'll know more this coming week.

I did spent a nice day at the soccer field. The team won 5-1 and my son scored one of those goals. The parents got a bit silly today as one dad decided that he was going to chest butt every parent who's kid scored. Yep I participated.
Our parent group is alot of fun but we almost got tossed from the game with a few of our players. One of our kids got knocked in the face and fell down onto the turf. As our kids were standing there waiting for play to resume, a kid from the other side shoves one of our bigger players in the back, right in front of our bench and several of our kids popped up, ready to rumble. We were all booing the poor sportsmanship of the other team and it took the ref quite a while before he threw a yellow card. I think he only did that so that we would stop booing. |

I want to publicly thank sfogate. She recommended a local CPA to help us w/ our taxes. Sure enough, this CPA came through. Our refund was a lot larger than I thought it would be. The cost to use him was reasonable.^ We may not need him next year, but if we do, I know where to turn. Again, thank you sfogate. And congrats on your son's soccer game. I still have a few years before my daughter participates in sports. She still needs to start crawling.

Our bad. We weren't expecting the long layover at the airport. Our JFK-SFO was delayed by 01:15, which killed plans to head to Schroeder's in San Francisco, so we opted for the UA IFL. Teh PC no tiene good champagne.
