I may be able to do PHL pickups for two. Hartmann may be doing this; not sure if he's coming up.

That's strange this far out. Maybe people think that's Memorial Day weekend and not the weekend before?

If I'm successful with the possible bump tomorrow, I very well might be able to make it. May has the trip to Kona and the Greasy Spoon Do in ATL, so the budget doesn't exactly look great.

wow PHL is a deal....

On co.com I have more segments than EWR flying for WAY LESS:
GRK-IAH-PHL-EWR-RIC-RIC-EWR-PHL-IAH-GRK $375 :D

icurhere2 Apr 24, 2009 8:27 pm

Important note: PHL fares might be driven by WN's mystery fare sale to PHL (today only). Currently, PHL would also be the winner if I were to book a flight to the east coast at this instant.

The F only for EWR must have been a .com glitch. I'm seeing normal $338/368 and a lot of availability now.

Pray to the bump gods; we'd love to have you.

It is possible but I've never stayed in PHL for any time, I went thorough a few times, i'd prefer PHL over EWR honestly.

Actually the using it a bit as a segment run :D it will push me over the top. I am used to little segments.
Edit: i am not booking now, going to keep an eye on it.

I would like to be there - had a lot of fun with the crew at CO Do IV.

I was going to qualify for Plat on segments (and tomorrow is actually a long-ago booked segment run), then I found a 30,006 status-mile-earning B fare to KOA for $604 under the current promotion. yet ^

The CO setup in PHL is great. Food options kinda suck, but D at Philly has improved somewhat in general in the last few years.

I think now is as good a time as any to profess my hatred of chickens.

Generally I just would like PHL better than EWR. I've been through NY/NJ all i care to driving and would be just fine skipping it for much more than the shogun trip :D
