Seriously??? There are better places to go.

In miami? Not really, Miami is a dump.

I ended up going to Winn Dixie and getting some King Hawaiian bread(2 pack rolls!) and some deli ham, pepper jack cheese and mustard, I have leftovers if I get hungry during my all nighter :D

Eh? I had never heard of Pei Wei until just now and I randomly drove by one this evening.

It's not worth stopping in?...

Pei Wei is definitely . We went there once when it first opened down here and will not be stopping in again any time soon. There is no way in the world that it is worth stopping at if you can get to Pappadeux.

I think both. The one in IAH is in the E terminal. I've never been there (IAH Pappadeux's, not the E Terminal).

It's a cajun seafood place. Hence the crawsfish bisque.

(I'm not in Houston.)

It's all just a symptom of people in this country not taking responsibility for their own actions. They expect to only follow the rules when it is to their advantage, be generally ignorant of what their responsibilities are and to blame the other guy.

How many times must a teacher hear "My child would never...." when we all know what a little sh|t Johnny really is. These parents instill a whole mentality that they can get away with anything if it gets pushed enough.

Thanks for diverting me. I won't be 'ing there tomorrow night.

In other news, I just noticed I have a literal red neck. This is very amusing to me. YEEEEEHAWWWWW.

Being part of an alliance in the game carries with it the expectation that you won't drive down pricing on a route that fellow members have as hub routes...I wouldn't be cheesed in the least had you kept a higher fare and not forced mine down. I'm sure if I caused your loads to drop on something like JFK-LAS you would think the same.

He is in ATL, he's following the business model of an airline based in ATL. He reads about it daily and knows it first hand.

Pei Wei is not bad if you go for crab wontons, they are the best thing there :D

I've only been there twice, but compared to the chinese foods here in Miami, Pei Wei is great, at least you know you are not eating GRADE D MEATs or worse from the supermarkets. Yes there is grade "d" meat sold here at the low cost supermarkets, I made the mistake of going into one of those about 6 years ago.

Ams-dfw-iah-atl

I get my BP and wait in the slowest immigration line ever. Finally I make and I beat a path to the CL which is way away from the main KL gates...I make it to the CL and sign up for a shower, I see dan and J.ed and I drop my stuff next to them.

I use the exact same shower room as before. After I get out, I have a donut and a bowl of eggs before I head to my gate. J.ed and Dan will vouch that I was not happy person until I made it out of the shower.

I go to the gate, but the plane was late and boarding was delayed. Some KL crew physically shove me out of the bp scanning line. Whatever, I am too tired to care. I make it on to the plane and vow to stay up through the meal service. As I said before, KL has this african thing going on. One of the meal choices is ostrich. I get chicken. The meal was ok, some cold eggplant to start, and the chicken was good. I pass out before desert.

I wake up and I chat up the crew. "What is it like working for the french?" etc. I eat some snacks, and stroopwaffle. Lunch was weird and weirder, I go for the quiche just because I know what that is. It was good though the pineapple with it was just too weird and the dish fundamentally failed.

We got to DFW and I went through USCIS with out a problem. The fact that I only packed a carry-on insured that I was the first one out. There was no way to go from landside D to Airside D on a CO ticket so I had to use the landside shuttle.

I got to E and went to the E-PC where they let me in, I got on my iphone to track down why I was not in F for IAH-ATL despite there being numerous upgrades on the flight. (I PMd CO insider, I have heard nothing back on this issue). We board DFW-IAH but apparently there are no pilots for my DFW-IAH flight, who are delayed in Houston. The de-board us and I go the PC agent and I ask for a meal voucher. The agent looks at me and says it is a WX delay. I said "no, the flight is delayed because of missing pilots that's not weather." She hands me a $12.00 dinner voucher.

Make it to IAH and my flight to ATL is delayed for like 2hrs. So I go the PC club with the intention on getting drunk on Charlie's famous drinks. He is not working at the time I am in there. I settle in for a 2 hour delay when I hear that my flight has been recrewed and we are leaving in 20min. Great rush to the gate and wait there forever. Finally get on board in Y (boooo CO) and sit next to a bunch of WWE wrestlers and I though I had it bad in Y.

Make it back to ATL, wait for 30 min for midnight to strike to so I can get my car for free. Then I drive home.
