I've never been to the Pappadeux's in IAH but I have enjoyed the one in Austin. As for Pei Wei, it's meh at best and that's with me knowing that what we call Chinese food in this country is generally heavily Americanized. I've been to one in IND and I have an issue about what's supposed to be a Chinese restaurant that doesn’t' have any Chinese people working in it.

Then I guess we're just not trying hard enough. Guys, lets kick it up a notch, a gauntlet has been thrown down. :rolleyes:

:) Actually here it is the opposite, the other chinese places have few chinese people and the Pei Wei has the whole staff chinese.
